PAYMENT

Single Day Sessions: Payment for the total cost of the entire session must be paid by the end of the session.

Multiple Day Sessions: By the end of each day in the studio a minimum payment equal to or greater than the total cost of one eight hour day must be paid toward the total outstanding balance of the client.  Any outstanding balance is due on the final day of tracking.

No copies of a project can leave our facility unless the account has a zero balance.

One Louder Studio accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, credit cards, Paypal. If paying by check or digital check through Paypal, checks must clear before any media (mixes, session files, CD’s, ect.) is released. A fee of $50 will be charge on returned checks. 

DEPOSIT

When booking dates a 25% deposit will be required to confirm your session, for sessions less than four hours the session must be paid in full.  Your 25% deposit will be credited to your account balance, but is otherwise non-refundable.  Bookings dates will not be guaranteed until the 25% deposit has been received or the session has been paid in full. Cash deposits should be delivered in person. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATIONS

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session it must be done at least 48 hours prior to the session. If you fail to provide notification to One Louder Studio within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. When rescheduling booked dates the on record 25% deposit will be applied to the new dates. 

If clients are one or more hours late to a session without prior contact One Louder Studio reserves the right to cancel the session with no refund. 

FILES AND DATA BACKUP

It is in the best interest of One Louder Studio and our clients to do everything we can to keep your files safe while you are working with One Louder Studio, however, no computer/hard drive is 100% reliable.  Even in a professional environment accidents can and do happen.  To best ensure the safety of your project we suggest you bring your own external hard drive to backup your project (approx. 20-50GB).  During Active sessions your files will remain on our system until the project has been completed.  Projects are only kept in storage for 30 days after completion.  It is the responsibility of the client to make arrangements to attain master files, before 30 days have passed. No copies of a project will leave our facility until the account has a zero balance.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

One Louder Studio does not offer any type of refund for completed projects. In the unlikely event a client is unsatisfied with their experience during a session, the client may end the session, paying only for the time used, if the session was prepaid a refund will be issued for unused time. One Louder Studio reserves the right to terminate a session for any reason they see fit, if the session was prepaid a refund will be issued for unused time.

  • One Louder Studio is a non-smoking facility.

  • One Louder Studio does not allow drugs or alcohol on premises.

  • One Louder Studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

  • One Louder Studio assumes no responsibility items left on premises, any items left for more than 30 days will be disposed of at our discretion.
